Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure
Piscion Global LLC is compensated for some of the recommendations on this website. Many of the links here are affiliate (advertising) links. If you click one of those links and make a purchase, the company you buy from may pay us a commission — at no extra cost to you. We may also receive free or discounted access to tools we write about. These are paid advertising relationships, and you should assume any outbound link to a product or service may be one.

We believe the disclosure above should be impossible to miss — that is the whole point. U.S. Federal Trade Commission rules require anyone who recommends a product to clearly and conspicuously reveal a “material connection” (like getting paid) whenever one exists. We hold ourselves to that standard everywhere on this site, and this page explains exactly how our recommendations are funded so you can weigh them with full context.
How affiliate sales actually work
Affiliate marketing is a normal, legitimate form of performance-based advertising. Here is the plain-English version of what happens behind the scenes:
- A company would otherwise pay for ads. Software and service companies spend money to get in front of new customers — through search ads, social ads, and sponsorships.
- Instead, some of them pay per result. Rather than paying up front for an ad that may or may not work, many companies run affiliate programs: they pay a referral commission only when a sale actually happens through a publisher like us.
- We earn a commission, not a markup. When you buy through one of our links, the company pays us a small percentage of that sale out of their marketing budget. The price you pay is exactly the same as it would be if you went to the company directly — sometimes lower, because we can pass along deals.
- You are never charged more. A commission is a cost the seller chooses to spend on marketing. It is not added to your bill.
In other words, the commission replaces advertising the company would have paid for anyway. It is simply a more honest version of advertising: the company only pays when its product genuinely earns a customer.
What this means for our recommendations
Because we are funded this way, we want to be straight with you about how it shapes — and does not shape — what we publish:
- Earning a commission never buys a positive review. We recommend tools and business models we have researched and believe provide genuine value. A company paying a commission does not change our assessment of whether it is right for you.
- We will tell you when a connection exists. You will see a disclosure on pages and posts that contain affiliate links, placed near the recommendation — not hidden in a footer or buried at the bottom.
- We make no income or results guarantees. Nothing on this site is a promise that you will earn money or achieve any particular outcome. Your results depend on your effort, skill, market, and many factors outside our control.
- This is education, not professional advice. Our content is for general informational purposes and is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Do your own due diligence before purchasing any product or starting any business.
Where you will see disclosures
You may encounter affiliate or advertising relationships in articles and reviews, in “best tool” and comparison roundups, in resource lists and recommendations, and in emails or downloadable guides. Whenever a material connection applies, we disclose it clearly and close to the relevant recommendation, consistent with the FTC’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).
Brands and programs
We participate in a number of affiliate and partner programs across the software, automation, and online-business tools we cover. Brand and product names mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only; their use does not imply endorsement of Piscion Global by those companies.
